There are many more reports besides the final Audit Report that can be created in this system. In the Exception Memos module for each project you can easily select from a plethora of reports to create that collect together all the work you have already done.

At the bottom of the exception listings there is a drop down menu with just some of the options being creating a Management Letter, Settlement Letters, and Auditor Letters. After selecting all the exceptions you’d wish to appear and what type of report you’d like them included in all you need is to sit back, relax, and tell the system to just “Do it” all for you.

The report creating process will present warning messages if all exceptions have not been approved by the Lead to make sure they have all been reviewed.

It will also contain options to personalize each report to include or exclude certain details. Once your personalization choices have been made and you have chosen to create a report it takes mere seconds for the created report to appear at the top of your screen.

Each report will be completely customized with all the information that was entered in when originally creating this project in the system and will be used now to personalize the headings and titles while the fieldwork portion will be summarized and used in various ways based on the report type chosen.
