The Project Management / Audit Master page captures information needed to improve efficiencies.  It allows information to be entered once and have it used throughout the site.

Project Details such as the audit schedule, objectives, stakeholders, team members, and property detail is captured in the Audit Master.  This and other information allows the team to become familiar with the project and facilitates management reporting.  Updating schedules or team members is also done in the Audit Master.

Project Management is the behind the scenes work that allows this system to run even smoother with the ability to enter in information once and have it be populated throughout the site.

You will be able to create projects from scratch entering in details such as the audit schedule, population and sample totals, project teams, company details, and project objectives which will be used to help the audit staff become familiar with the project, but will also be used as analytical data in management’s overview.

This overview can give you a quick glance into the upcoming assignments sorting the projects by start date or have it filtered by which projects are still active and how many are closed.

You will be able to edit projects once they are created in order to assign or reassign staff, change dates, or update any contact information. You will also be able to get a more detailed status by clicking inside each project you will see on the right hand side a Project Status block that states the sample total decided on by either the planner or lead, how many Information Requests have currently been created and how many of those have been sent and even the amount of exceptions that have been written at any given time.
