The myAuditHUB suite of products includes modules to help you execute your corporate audit plan or your client’s audits.
Project Management / Audit Master
Project Management / Audit Master is the foundation of myAuditHUB. It is used to capture information about companies, contacts, projects, and properties. This information is used throughout myAuditHUB allowing it to be entered once and used often. Project Administrators will actively use this module.
Information Requests (IRs)
The Information Request module is used to create, prioritize, distribute, and monitor the status of Information Requests. The IR Dashboard clearly displays in real-time the status of each Information Request. The tool captures all communication between the auditor and recipient at the Information Request level – never again will communication be lost in someone’s email account.
Exception Memos (EMs)
The Exception Memos module is used to create, distribute, and monitor the status of Exception Memos. The EM Dashboard clearly displays in real-time the status of each Exception Memo including the value of all claims made, granted, and withdrawn.
Dashboard
The Dashboard displays a snapshot of the audit universe; an auditor’s active and future projects, pending action items, and links to project specific details, information requests, and exception memos. Management are also provided graphs showing progress towards completing the annual audit plan, scheduling information, and project results as compared to prior periods.
Inbound Information Requests (IIRs)
The Inbound Information Request module helps audit hosts stay organized. Visiting auditors submit Information Request and support through the IIR Portal managed by the audit host. Submissions are logged and dated. If needed, the audit host communicates through the system with others in the organization to obtain the requested information. All communication is captured in the tool preventing the loss of data and email.

Generating operational reports is as easy as selecting a standard report from a menu or generating a custom report using the reporting query.
Information Request Life Cycle Management
Creation of the Information Request started the life cycle of the Information Request. After you create your Information Request you can send it to you Audit Host. The Audit Host can then respond to the Information using a simple web portal. The web portal allows the Audit Host to respond to the Information Request, attach files or provide additional comments through out the life of of the project.
Audit Report Generation
Have you ever reached the end of your project and found the assembly of your exceptions and supporting documents to be a daunting task? myAuditHUB streamlines this step and allows you to create a final report complete with indices, summary tables, write ups, details exception tables, and references external support with ease. Generating final reports takes minutes rather than hours.
